Project Leadership
Team oversees, manages, coordinates overall project, includes grant reporting, contract approval, accounting, legal
Storytellers
PAW affiliates share their personal testimonies
Story Recruitment
Team develops, manages a process that recruits members to share their testimonies
Creative Content Production
Team co-develops storylines with storytellers, handles full production, recruits other production talent
Placement, Promotion
Technical team develops, manages all digital platforms (app, website, social media);
marketing team leads campaign strategy, promotes stories (includes
writing/editing, graphic design, digital ad buys, influencer/target incentives, PR/Ad agency connection)
Church, Council Partnership
Team develops, manages selection process & relationships with recipients of church/Council outreach grants; secures, coordinates care resources and in-person experiences (co-event planning, coordination)
Discipleship Content
Team guides, develops discipleship learning materials/concepts for creative placement
Research, Evaluation
Team gathers project information and analyzes data and trends; assesses effectiveness and supports grant reporting
